Interesting facts: Mike has been married for 32 years, and has three daughters and four grandchildren that he adores. He is former military, and a firefighter EMT/paramedic from Radcliff, KY. His hobbies are martial arts and constructing miniature buildings. He is also a Third Order Franciscan Lay Brother.

Vice President of Driver Training and Education, Jeff Wisgerhof
Jeff joined TMC in 1987.
Interesting facts: Jeff is one of just a few select drivers to hold the prestigious Wheel Master Award. In his free time he enjoys working on old cars.
Orientation Apprentice Driver Instructor, George Murray
George joined TMC in 2007.
He joined the transportation industry as a van/reefer driver and after 6 years on the road he became an Onboarding Instructor for both van and specialized training for another major carrier. George started with TMC as a safety manager and is glad to now be back to his “roots” in training. In his spare time he enjoys bow hunting and fishing with his children.
Orientation Experienced Driver Instructor, Randy Groff
Randy joined TMC in 2002.
Interesting facts: Randy has 15 years in the business pulling flatbed and reefer trailers. He spends his free time with various rodeo events such as roping.
Simulator Instructor, Matt Jorgensen
Matt joined TMC in 1998.
Interesting facts: Matt was an accident free driver for 6 years and has received the 5 year safe driving watch award. He was also the truck rodeo champion in 2001 and placed in the top 3 in 2000 and 2002, in addition to being recognized in Trucker News, July 2004, as a Highway Angel for assisting in an accident. Matt participated in the 2004 World's Largest Convoy for the Special Olympics. Prior to TMC, he was in the Army for 5 years and obtained the rank of Sergeant and was in Operation's Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and holds the Kuwait Liberation Medal.
Yard Training Manager, Joe Chance
Joe joined TMC in 1995.
Interesting facts: Joe spent his first 5 years with TMC as a driver and was the recipient of the 5 year safe driving award.
Director of Curriculum Development, Michael Eddy
Mike joined TMC in 1995.
Interesting facts: Mike has driven both local and OTR. In 1999 he left the road to become a training coordinator, and later a classroom orientation instructor. Mike now oversees the implementation and maintenance of many of the materials and media TMC uses in its orientation, training, and social media programs, including this web site. Mike was in the Army/Airborne and has a varied background in BJJ, Muay Thai, Judo, and currently practicing Krav Maga. He is a geek by trade and nerd by nature.
Orientation and New Driver Release Instructor (Columbia, SC), Marty White
Marty joined TMC in 1997.
Interesting facts: Marty was a driver until 1999, when he came off the road. He enjoys coaching baseball and football and spending time with his children. Before coming to TMC he spent 9 years working with people with special needs and disabilities and he was also a teacher for 11th and 12th grade students.
Lead CDL Orientation Instructor, Michael Harris
Mike joined TMC in 2008.
Interesting facts: Mike spent 5 1/2 Years as a Driver/Trainer and was named Trainer of the Month in September 2010. Mike has 6 years Safe Driving. He also has nearly 950,000+ safe driving miles.
He is a Kentucky Wildcats Basketball Fanatic. He enjoys watching & going to Nascar Races, and playing golf in his spare time.
Orientation Instructor (Columbia, SC), Richard Torres
Richard joined TMC in 1999.
Interesting facts: Over the years, Richard has racked up some impressive achievements. He has trained a great many drivers in addition to having over Two Million Safe Miles under his belt. He is a huge Green Bay Packers fan and enjoys doing almost anything that gets him outdoors.
