Team Leader, Jeff Geist
Jeff began driving for TMC in 1995, and was awarded the 2 year safe driving award. In 1997, he left the road to head up the Training Coordinator program where he still holds this position today.
He is an avid hockey fan, enjoys home improvement projects, and time with his family.
Administration, Kristen Laws
Kristen is an administration assistant and helps to keep the "machine" rolling in Des Moines.
She started with TMC in 2006.
She is a movie buff, enjoys reading and cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Training Coordinator, Michael Rourke
Mike started at TMC in 1995, spent the first 4.5 years as a driver, and received a 4 year safe driving reward as a result.
Mike also played a key role in helping with the integration of a carrier TMC purchased in 2004.
In his spare time, he enjoys riding his Harley and home brewing custom beers.
Training Coordinator, Jaime Schrader
Jaime began with TMC in 1998.
She has been with the training department throughout her career with TMC.
Training Coordinator, David Umphfleet
David pulled reefers then dry vans from 1989 to 2003, before joining TMC in 2005.
In his spare time, he enjoys anything involving cars such as car shows, swap meets, and his 07' Mustang GT.
